The Salmon River is one of the best in the country for Whitewater Rafting & Steelhead fishing opportunities.

Rapid River Outfitters is permitted to operate on the entire 100 miles of the  Salmon River. Our trips range from 1/2- and 1-Day and Overnight trips near Riggins to 3-6 Day trips on the lower Gorge of the Salmon to its confluence with the Snake River in Hells Canyon.

Our shop is conveniently located at mile marker 194 on Highway 95, one mile south of Riggins, Idaho on the Little Salmon River. We are 3 hours north of Boise and 2 hours south of Lewiston.

Kerry has 30 years of professional rafting & fishing guide experience from California to Alaska and has spent the past 18 years on the Salmon River.

All of Kerry’s guides are mature and professional with experience from Alaska to Chile.
